It is necessary to have an invitation to apply for Russian visa in a consulate or embassy. To get the invitation letter please register on the conference Web site. Please do not forget to attach the pdf file of the passport page with your name as well as with the information on your passport number, dates of issue/expiry and birth. The original of the invitation letter will be send to you by an express mail.
Please keep in mind that the DEADLINE for registration is 1.06.2012 at the latest!
